This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited uses of the VEXND Service.
1. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
- spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or email abuse;
- DDoS attacks, scanning, intrusion attempts, exploit activity, or unauthorized access attempts;
- fraud, phishing, identity abuse, scams, or payment abuse;
- malware distribution, command-and-control, botnets, or malicious automation;
- distribution or access of illegal or prohibited content;
- copyright infringement or rights violations;
- resale or sharing of access where not expressly permitted.
2. Abuse Prevention
We may apply technical restrictions, usage limits, or automated abuse prevention measures to protect the Service, our infrastructure, and other users.
3. Enforcement
Violation of this Policy may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of access, with or without notice and with or without refund depending on the severity of the violation.
