Refund Policy

1. General

1.1. VEXND provides digital, intangible services delivered immediately after access is issued.

1.2. By purchasing the Service, the User acknowledges that access may be granted immediately and that the service may be considered delivered once access credentials or subscription data are issued.

2. Standard Rule

2.1. As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once access to the Service has been issued.

3. Exceptions

3.1. A refund may be considered only if:

  • the Service was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side;
  • access was not actually issued due to a Service-side failure;
  • the Service is unusable due to a confirmed technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time after a timely support request.

4. Request Procedure

4.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.

4.2. The User must contact support and provide payment details and a description of the issue.

4.3. The User must give the support team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt resolution.

5. Exclusions

5.1. Refunds will not be granted in cases including but not limited to:

  • change of mind after purchase;
  • incompatibility with the User’s unsupported device, client, or environment;
  • restrictions imposed by third-party websites, platforms, or networks;
  • abuse, prohibited use, or violations of the Terms or AUP;
  • chargeback abuse or payment fraud.

6. Processing Fees

6.1. If a refund is approved, third-party processing fees, transaction costs, blockchain/network fees, payment provider commissions, and similar non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

7. Final Decision

7.1. Refund decisions are made individually after review.

7.2. The Administration reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet this Policy.
