1. Permitted Use
1.1. VEXND is intended for lawful use for connection protection, privacy, secure access to network resources, and other legitimate purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1. The Service may not be used for spam, DDoS attacks, scanning, hacking, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, unlawful sanctions circumvention, or activities that infringe the rights of others.
3. Response to Abuse
3.1. If abuse is detected, VEXND may temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate account access without prior notice.
3.2. We may also share necessary information with payment, hosting, or infrastructure partners to investigate an incident and protect the Service.
4. User Responsibility
4.1. The User is responsible for complying with the laws of their country and the country where the Service is used.
4.2. The User is responsible for all traffic and actions performed through their account or connection configurations issued to them.
