1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the use of VEXND and its related digital products, websites, applications, and support channels.
1.2. By using the Service, creating an account, paying for a subscription, or receiving connection credentials, the User agrees to these Terms.
1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1. VEXND provides an intangible digital service: access to VPN infrastructure, connection settings, and related account functionality.
2.2. The service is deemed delivered once access credentials, a subscription URL, a key, a configuration, or an activated paid period is provided to the User.
2.3. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Account and Access
3.1. The User is responsible for protecting access to their account, devices, Telegram profile, email address, and other identifiers associated with the Service.
3.2. We may limit access in cases of suspected abuse, account compromise, fraud, payment rule violations, or infrastructure provider requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. The User must use the Service lawfully and in compliance with payment system rules, network provider policies, and applicable law.
4.2. The Service may not be used for spam, DDoS attacks, scanning, hacking, circumvention of third-party rules, malware distribution, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
4.3. The User is solely responsible for the legality of their use of the Service in their jurisdiction.
5. Payments and Subscription
5.1. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Fees, limits, processing times, and currency conversion are governed by the relevant provider.
5.2. A subscription is activated only after successful payment confirmation and internal transaction verification by the Service.
5.3. We may decline, suspend, or additionally review suspicious payments to prevent fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refund terms are described in the separate Refund Policy published on the VEXND website.
6.2. For digital services that have already been delivered or activated, refunds may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
7.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with every device, network, application, or jurisdiction.
7.3. Temporary downtime, reduced speed, access restrictions, or technical changes may occur for reasons beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, third-party service blocks, or other consequences arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
8.2. The User makes all decisions about using the Service at their own risk.
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. We may update these Terms without individual notice.
9.2. The updated version becomes effective when published on the website.
9.3. Continued use of the Service after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
